Vision

The world in which we conduct business is changing at an increasingly rapid pace

Companies are not always agile enough to swiftly change a direction once it's taken. This inflexible approach is further compounded by the sometimes outdated (legacy) automation in use, with entire departments often relying on Excel.

We also observe that entrepreneurs often lack a genuine sparring partner who provides honest, straightforward, and open feedback about the company, from strategy and automation to processes and after-service. As a result, the full potential of the business operations is not always realized. What is often missing is that broader perspective (based on experience with multiple companies) on the possibilities within IT and an independent view of the efficiency of the IT landscape.
