Done with your old ERP? Switch to Odoo.
Still running SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Exact or Accountview, and tired of high license costs, rigid IT and lack of innovation? We guide your switch to Odoo: one integrated platform, lower TCO and the flexibility to scale with you.
Why SMB executives switch
These are the reasons we hear most from companies considering a move away from their current ERP.
License costs keep climbing
Annual price hikes, expensive modules and forced upgrades, while you only use a fraction of the system.
Customisation that traps you
Every change costs weeks and partner-specific consultants. Upgrades grow riskier each time.
No one enjoys using the system
Users escape to Excel and side tools. The ERP has become an obligation, not a help.
A jungle of point-to-point integrations
Webshop, WMS, CRM, BI, payroll, all knitted together with fragile integrations no one dares touch anymore.
Innovation has stalled
No AI, no modern UX, no mobile-first. Your vendor's roadmap lags behind your business.
Islands instead of one whole
Sales, manufacturing and finance live in their own systems. One coherent view doesn't exist, or requires a nightly ETL.
One platform. 40+ business apps. One truth.
Odoo combines CRM, sales, finance, inventory, manufacturing, projects, HR, helpdesk and webshop in one modular platform, open source, modern and backed by an active community of 7+ million users and 54,000+ apps in the marketplace.
Odoo next to Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Business One
An honest comparison for industrial SMB and mid-market. We always advise based on your situation, no blind partner-pitching.

SAP Business One
SAP's SMB edition with a long track record, strong in finance.

Questions executives ask us
How long does a typical switch take?
For an SMB implementation, three to six months to go-live is realistic, depending on scope, data complexity and parallel running. The quick scan takes one to two weeks; after that you'll see a timeline based on your situation.
What does a switch to Odoo cost?
Odoo's license cost is a predictable subscription per user per month. Implementation costs depend on scope and sector, we work with fixed-price phases so there are no surprises. In the business case we calculate the total 5-year TCO versus your current system.
Can we migrate our data and history?
Yes. Master data (customers, suppliers, items, BOMs), open items and relevant history are migrated. What doesn't help, polluted records, obsolete items, duplicate contacts, we deliberately leave behind. You start cleaner than you ended.
What if we don't fit a "standard" industry?
Odoo is modular and highly adaptable. The quick scan shows which modules and adjustments you need, and we tell you honestly when Odoo is not a good fit. Advising means saying no, too.
What's the difference between Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Community is open source and free to use, but lacks features like Accounting, advanced MRP, Subscriptions and mobile apps. For business use we almost always recommend Enterprise, including Odoo.sh hosting, upgrades and support. We help you decide.
